Natsuki Kikuya, has created this beautiful sake, Te To Te and it’s delicious! It’s a Kimoto Junmai Muroka. It’s produced at Tsuchida Sake Brewery in the Gunma Prefecture where our A5 Wagyu also comes from.

Tsuchida Brewery’s craft is about balancing the traditional and secret methods of sake brewing with the newly evolved modern methods.

Flavour profile: coffee bean |  hazelnut  |   hibiscus   |   fresh mushroom.

A versatile sake that goes well with any meal but especially meat.
